These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website operated by Strapops (“we”, “us”, “our”), and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

3. Independence and non-affiliation
Strapops is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Audemars Piguet, The Swatch Group, or any of their subsidiaries, licensees or authorised dealers.Our watch models are described as non-original 1:1 style models. They are not official products of any of the brands referenced above and do not carry their warranties, servicing or authenticity documentation.
Brand and model names appear on this Site only to describe compatibility, style reference and fitment. No trademark ownership or licence is claimed or implied.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you.
5. Products, descriptions and availability
We take care to describe our Products accurately, including dimensions, materials and finish. Colours may nevertheless appear differently depending on your screen, and photographs are illustrative.
All Products are subject to availability. We may change, limit or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include or exclude taxes as indicated at that point. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted. Where a Product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the order in full.
Payment is taken at the time of order. Your order is not accepted until payment has been authorised.
7. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the Products.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a Product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where the order breaches these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
8. Shipping, returns and refunds

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that infringes the rights of others, or that interferes with its operation. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content in bulk, or introducing malicious code.
Where a User breaches these rules, we may suspend or terminate their access and remove any content they have submitted, without notice and without compensation.

The Site, its layout, text, product photography, graphics and code are owned by Strapops or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
11. Availability and accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and its information current, but we provide it on an “as is” basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
You are responsible for how you use the information published on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the Products, including loss of profit, data or opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us. Transactional emails relating to an order you have placed will continue to be sent.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of USA, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
