3. Open your cart and review the items and quantities.
4. Click checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and place your order.

After you order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to one business day for processing.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout, and a second email with tracking once your order ships. If you don’t see them, please check your spam folder.

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. To request a change, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or (866) 379-2824 with your order number.

If you have an account, sign in and open your order history. You can also reply to your confirmation email or contact us with your order number and we’ll check it for you.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. The available options appear during the checkout process.

Your order is processed once payment is approved, and your card is charged when the order ships.

Delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Standard delivery typically arrives within a few business days once your order has shipped; faster options may be available.

In most cases the carrier will leave your package at your delivery address. If they can’t, they’ll usually leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or pick-up.

The Royal Pop collection is a set of bold, colorful pocket watches inspired by Pop Art, designed to be worn in multiple ways. Each watch can be paired with an interchangeable leather lanyard so you can style it around your neck, on your wrist, in your pocket, or clipped to a bag.

Each lanyard comes in three lengths: S (7.08 inches), M (12.6 inches), and L (26.5 inches). Pick the length that suits how you want to wear it — shorter for the wrist or pocket, longer to wear around the neck. Select your size on the product page before adding it to your cart.

The lanyards are made of high-quality calfskin and feature a pop-and-go attachment made of Bioceramic, making it easy to attach or remove your pocket watch any time.

The Royal Pop watches are water resistant to 2 Bar, which protects against everyday splashes. They are not designed for swimming or diving.

You may return an unworn, undamaged, non-personalised item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping), or exchange it for equal value. Personalised items, straps, accessories, and reduced-price items are final sale. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Contact us first to start your return and tell us the reason, then pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions we provide. Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive and check the item.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll refund the original payment method and email you when it’s done.

Click the My Account link at the top of the page, choose to sign up, fill in the required fields, and submit. You’ll then be able to view your orders and manage your details.

Sign in and open My Account, then go to your orders to see your history and statuses.

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email and you’ll be removed from the list.
